General Information:
- All players must register in the pro shop prior to play
- Each player shall have their own set of clubs. Taylormade rental sets are available in the pro shop.
- All play will begin on the first tee unless otherwise notified
- All food and beverage must be purchased from Eagle Creek Golf Club. No food and beverage is allowed to be brought on to the club premises
Reservations:
- Starting times will taken 30 days in advance. A credit card guarantee is required for all reservations
- Singles, twosomes and threesome reservations should expect to pair up with an existing reservation as designated by the golf shop or starter
- Standby or walk-in groups are will be accommodated at the first available tee time
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid full charges. No shows will charged at the regular rack rate
Raincheck Policy:
Rainchecks will be issued if the course becomes unplayable due to rain and/or lightning. Rainchecks will be issued on a pro-rated basis based on the rate paid and the number of holes completed. Rainchecks will expire in 90 days
Pace of Play:
It is the goal of Eagle Creek Golf Club to ensure that every guest has an outstanding experience. Groups are expected to maintain a pace of play of 4:20. Player assistants will be on the course to assist players with lost balls, raking bunkers
and tending the flag.
Dress Code:
All players are expected to wear appropriate golf attire. Collared shirts for men, bermuda length shorts, no tank tops, cutoffs or denim is allowed. Soft spikes are preferred. (Click here for dress code policy)
Spectators/Riders:
There will be an extra charge for spectators and riders. No walking or jogging on the course is permitted.
Golf Carts:
Only Eagle Creek Golf Club golf carts are allowed on the golf course. No private golf carts are permitted on the golf course at anytime.
Payment options:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, Cash and Travelers checks are accepted
DRESS CODE POLICY
The following is the acceptable dress attire for men and women playing golf at Eagle Creek Golf Club. Proper attire must be worn by all golfers who are using the golf course, driving range or dining in the clubhouse
Men:
- Slacks or Bermuda length golf shorts
- Collared shirts(mock turtleneck golf shirts are acceptable)
Women:
- Slacks or Bermuda length golf shorts
- Collared golf shirts
- Sleeveless/collarless golf shirts
The following attire will not be acceptable for men and women:
- Denim jeans, slacks or shorts
- Athletic shorts including beach or bathing suit style
- Athletic warm-up suits
- T-shirts or tank tops
Any guest or rider accompanying golfers on the course or in the clubhouse must wear the proper attire.
The management of Eagle Creek Golf Club reserves the right to refuse business to any guest not conforming to the above dress code.
